How does one handle a bitchy supervisor?  A supervisor that is rude every time she answers your question, but they ignore most of the questions you ask.  How do you handle a supervisor that rolls their eyes every time they have to help you?  How do you handle a supervisor that picks on you and chit chats with everyone else?  How do you deal with a supervisor who just always seems to be in a bad mood?

How, you may ask?  I have learned the sure fire way to handle these so-called supervisors.  The boss you have to deal with.  The person who could get you fired, or make your work-life a living hell.

KILL THEM WITH KINDNESS…..

I am NOT saying you have to be their best friend.  I am not saying that you have to tell them you like them and they are your favorite.  I am NOT saying you have to be friends with them.  Just, work your butt off.  Just do what you are told and do it with a smile on your face.  (But don’t be fake!!!!).  Work as though you love your job and work as though you respect all your bosses.  Cause then, when they say something bad about you, if they ever do, they will sound like a complete moron.  And, if they are scared of looking like a complete moron, they won’t have anything to say.  Just follow the rules, the dress code, the work ethics, do your job the best you can, don’t complain…..and if this supervisor still doesn’t like you, then there is something wrong with THEM!!
